1. Services Provided
K-Medical Tours provides medical tourism coordination services including consultation, medical service referrals, travel concierge, interpretation, and transportation arrangements in South Korea. We are a coordination platform and not a licensed medical provider.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All medical services are performed by independent, board-certified medical professionals and licensed hospitals/clinics in South Korea. K-Medical Tours does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before proceeding with any medical procedure.
3. Booking & Payments
- Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
- Prices listed in USD are estimates; final pricing is confirmed at consultation.
- Payment processing is handled securely via Toss Payments.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- 7+ days before service: Full refund minus processing fees.
- 3–6 days before service: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days / no-show: No refund.
- Medical procedures that have commenced are non-refundable.
5. Liability Limitation
K-Medical Tours acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for medical outcomes, complications, or any damages arising from medical procedures performed by partner clinics. Our liability is limited to the service coordination fees paid to us.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and medical information in all inquiries.
- Disclose any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or medications to your medical provider.
- Comply with pre-procedure instructions (e.g., fasting requirements).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, logos — is the property of K-Medical Tours and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Age Restriction
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Minors may only use our services with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and service names — is the exclusive property of K-Medical Tours and is protected under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including removal from search engine listings.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through individual binding arbitration rather than through court proceedings. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived. Arbitration shall be conducted in Seoul, Republic of Korea, under applicable Korean arbitration rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. By accessing this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Seoul, Korea.
