What Is the Forehead Lift?

The Forehead Lift at K-Medi uses an endoscopic technique with just 1–2cm incisions hidden within the hairline, combined with FDA-approved Endotine absorbable implant fixation — lifting the brow, smoothing forehead lines, and opening the upper face with minimal scarring and faster recovery than traditional open approaches.

Endotine fixation anchors repositioned tissue at precise positions without permanent hardware, providing reliable, natural-looking results as the device is gradually absorbed over 6–12 months.

Why Choose the Forehead Lift?

Traditional open forehead lifts require long coronal incisions across the scalp. The endoscopic approach achieves equivalent tissue repositioning through incisions of just 1–2cm — dramatically reducing scarring, numbness risk, and recovery time. Endotine fixation provides more reliable tissue anchoring than sutures alone at these small access points.

  • Minimal incisions — hidden in hairline
  • FDA-approved Endotine for reliable fixation
  • Faster recovery than traditional approach

How the Endoscopic Forehead Lift Works

Under general or sedation anesthesia, 3–5 small incisions (1–2cm each) are made within the hairline. An endoscopic camera is introduced to visualize the subperiosteal plane, and the forehead tissue is released and elevated to the desired position.

Endotine absorbable implants are placed to hold the repositioned tissue securely at the elevated position. As Endotine gradually absorbs over 6–12 months, the tissue has already healed in its new position — maintaining the lift permanently. Brow elevation, forehead smoothing, and upper eyelid opening are all visible results.
