How the Face Lift (Mini Lifting) Works

Under local anesthesia with sedation, the surgeon creates minimal entry points at the hairline and temples. Four different thread types are introduced — each with different vector directions and holding mechanisms — allowing multi-directional repositioning of facial tissue at both superficial and SMAS depths.
