3-Day Korea Skin Trip Itinerary (2026): A First-Timer's Guide to Seoul Skin Clinics

By the K-Medical Tours (DISKOMEDI) team

Korea has thousands of skin clinics, and that is exactly the problem. Most first-time visitors don't struggle with whether to go. They struggle with what to actually do once they land: which clinic, which treatment, in what order, and how to fit it all around a long flight.

This guide lays out a realistic 3-day plan for a first skin trip to Seoul, with treatments, timing and starting prices taken from our own menu.

The short version

  • Three days is enough for a focused skin trip. Most of the skin treatments on our menu take roughly 30 to 60 minutes per session.
  • Day 1 is for arriving and getting a plan, Day 2 for treatment, Day 3 for a light day and a follow-up.
  • All prices below are "starting from" prices. You get your final quote after a free consultation.

Before you book: three things to know

Your clinic will ask these, so have the answers ready:

  1. What do you want to improve? You don't need to know the treatment name. "My skin looks dull" or "my pores bother me" is enough.
  2. Have you had Botox, fillers or lasers in the last 3 to 6 months?
  3. Do you take any medication (for example aspirin or blood thinners), and do you have allergies, especially to numbing cream or lidocaine, or keloid-prone skin?

Day 1: Land, settle in, get a plan

  • Airport pickup. After a long flight, the last thing you want is to figure out transport.
  • Check in and rest. Most treatments can be scheduled the same day you arrive, but many people prefer to consult first and treat the next day.
  • Consultation. Meet your English-speaking coordinator, talk through your skin goals, confirm what fits your skin and your dates, and get a written quote.
  • Evening. An easy dinner nearby and an early night.

Day 2: Treatment day

Here is a sample of what is on our menu, with starting prices:

  • Hydra Booster (Rejuran 2cc): hydration and skin quality. About 30 minutes.
  • Potenza microneedling RF: pores, scars and rough texture. About 30 minutes.
  • Glow Starter: gentle laser for mild pigmentation and uneven tone, suitable for sensitive skin. About 40 minutes.
  • Ulthera Prime: ultrasound lifting for jowls and sagging. About 40 minutes.
  • Thermage FLX: radiofrequency tightening for skin laxity. About 40 minutes.

Most of these use numbing cream, and the listed pain level ranges from mild to mild-moderate. Your doctor decides what can be done on the same day and what should be spaced out, so don't plan your own combination.

Day 3: A light day, a follow-up, and the flight home

Keep the last day easy. Walk around a palace, sit in a café, browse a market, and plan the pace around how your skin feels. If your doctor wants a follow-up check, this is the day for it. Before you leave, get written aftercare instructions, and ask your doctor when it is safe to take a long flight after your specific treatment, because it varies.

How much does a 3-day skin trip cost?

Two sample plans using the starting prices above (treatments only, flights and hotel not included):

  • Pores and hydration plan: Potenza + Hydra Booster (Rejuran 2cc), from $424.
  • Tone and glow plan: Glow Starter + Hydra Booster (Rejuran 2cc), from $440.

These are examples, not medical recommendations. Final prices are confirmed after your consultation.

The honest way to compare prices: get a quote for the same treatment at home, then add airfare and a hotel to the Korean quote. Do the full math before you decide. A trip makes sense when the total still works for you, not just the headline price.

What a concierge does, and why it matters on a short trip

Most of the stress on a medical trip isn't the treatment. It's everything around it. We are not a hospital. We are your medical navigator in Korea, and we handle the parts that eat up a short trip:

  • Airport pickup and transport
  • Translation during consultation and treatment
  • Matching you with the right clinic and scheduling around your flight
  • Sightseeing that fits how you are recovering

FAQ

Is it safe to get treatments as a tourist? Safety depends on the clinic and the doctor, not the country. Make sure treatments are done by licensed doctors, ask for a written quote, and keep asking questions until you are comfortable. Treatments at our partner clinics are performed by licensed Korean dermatologists.

Can I sightsee after a treatment? It depends on the treatment. Ask during your consultation, and plan lighter days after the more intensive procedures.

Do I need a visa? Entry rules depend on your passport and change over time, so check the official Korean government website before you book flights.

How do I get an exact price? Tell us your skin goal and travel dates. We will give you a personalized plan and quote.
